Scholarships
Recipients will be selected on level of skill and demonstraton of need. As the Bolshoi Ballet Academy Summer Intensive offers very few scholarships, we encourage students to participate in Youth American Grand Prix International Competition in order to be considered for a merit-based scholarship. If you would like to inquire about financial aid-based scholarships, please contact us for additional information. Selection is by invitation only. Interested students need to:
- Demonstrate artistic achievements through recommendations / past awards
- Participate in the live audition
- Send a letter to RAF explaining your interest in the program / why you feel you are qualified
- Submit financial documentation attesting to need

Alex, Shelby and Jaden Family Scholarship
The Alex, Shelby and Jaden Family Scholarship supports partial scholarship opportunities for extremely talented students who demonstrate dedication to ballet, hard work ethic and appreciation of Russain culture. Alex, Shelby and Jaden are pleased that as a result of their hard work, they are able to support other students in their pursuit of their dreams.
Russian American Foundation Scholarship
The Russian American Foundation (formerly Russian American Arts Foundation) was founded in 1997 to encourage interest in and understanding of Russian heritage among all communities in the US, as well as to promote reciprocate interest in American heritage among global communities of the former Soviet Union. Scholarship will be awarded to a New York Public School student.
